Therapy services

Six ways we work with you. Most people come for one and find the others woven in, because a life is rarely just one thing.

Individual therapy

For when something is weighing on you and you want a private place to put it down.

One-to-one sessions to work through anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, relationships and life transitions, at your pace.

We begin with what feels most pressing. Over time we look at the patterns underneath, and at what you'd like to be different.

  • 50-minute sessions, online or in person
  • Weekly or every other week, as suits you

Culturally attuned therapy

For when you're tired of explaining or translating yourself.

Therapy that makes room for your background, identity, faith, family expectations and lived experience.

Culture shapes how we grieve, how we talk about feelings, what we owe our families and what we keep private. We bring curiosity and care to all of it, and we never ask you to leave it at the door.

Holistic support

For when your mind, body and days all feel stretched thin.

Care for mind, body and spirit, grounded in a whole-person approach.

Alongside conversation, we work with the practical and physical side of wellbeing:

  • Nervous-system regulation and grounding
  • Rest, sleep and recovery from burnout
  • Boundaries at work and at home
  • Meaning, values and purpose

Identity and belonging

For when you feel between places, or between versions of yourself.

Support with immigration and resettlement, being "between cultures", and the pressures that often come with being second generation.

We make space for the questions that don't have neat answers: where you belong, what you keep, and what you're allowed to choose for yourself.

Grief and life transitions

For loss, change and the endings no one prepared you for.

Grief after a death, and the quieter losses too: a relationship, a home country, a career, a version of the future.

We honour the ways your family and culture mourn, and help you find steadier ground through big changes like moving, becoming a parent or caring for someone you love.

Racial and intergenerational trauma

For hurt that is personal, and also bigger than you.

Trauma-informed, carefully paced support for the effects of racism, discrimination and harm passed down through families and communities.

Nothing is rushed. We build safety and steadiness first, and you decide what to explore and when.

Each session is 50 minutes.
